Vigilância pré-natal por meio da detecção e da conduta na redução na movimentação fetal

O objetivo desta recomendação foi fornecer aconselhamento para orientar os clínicos para reduzir a morte fetal após 28 semanas de gestação, detectando e gerenciando melhor as mulheres grávidas com redução do movimento fetal. Esta recomendação revisa o conhecimento atual sobre detecção e conduta na redução de movimentos do feto. Como é evidente a partir da baixa classificação da evidência para muitas das recomendações, foi desenvolvida para fornecer um guia prático para obstetras na prática clínica.
